黑料社 reviews applications on a rolling basis within several distinct application rounds.. Early submission is encouraged, as decisions are issued accordingly. Applications are considered complete only when all supporting documents, including recommendation letters, are received by the relevant deadline; otherwise, they will be moved to the next round.听
Non-EU applicants must apply by March 15 for the Fall semester and by November 15 for the Spring semester to allow sufficient time for visa processing.听
